The new basketball courts are OPEN!
Please take care of our new courts. Remember no bicycles, skates, scooters or other wheeled equipment allowed on the courts. Keep the area clean and dispose of trash. Follow the posted rules when playing.

Easter Egg Hunt Recap

Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the Easter event on April 4th. The event was well attended and everyone seemed to have a lot of fun. We cannot wait to do it again next year! A HUGE THANK YOU to our event coordinator, Marina Sheridan, for organizing and planning a wonderful event. Also, thank you to all the volunteers who helped, including families, NHS Westside students and POA staff. Here is a link to photos from the event for you to enjoy.
Amenities and Grounds Update

We are happy to announce several improvements across the neighborhood grounds! Park benches and picnic tables have been refreshed with a new coat of paint, and a brand-new sitting bench has been installed by the front door of the community center. A second bike rack was added near the playground and pool. Pretty spring flowers were planted out front and by the marquee!
A huge thank you to the Briarhills POA Board for investing in our amenities and keeping Briarhills beautiful!
Important Property Tax Updates

Under our new Tax Assessor, several tax codes—especially for homestead exemptions—have been updated to potentially save you money. A new website has been launched which now allows for convenient online property tax payments.
