The Briarhills POA accepts check or money order for payment of the fees listed below. Cash and credit card payments are not accepted. The check or money order must be made payable to:

The following fees do not necessarily reflect the actual amount that may be owed by a homeowner. Any outstanding balances will be shown in the homeowner's statement of account. A statement of account may be requested in writing only, either by email
or regular mail (see mailing address above).
Please provide the following information with your request:
- Sellers Name and Address
- Title Company Contact Info (contact name, phone number, mailing address, email address, etc.)
- Date of Closing
- Buyers Names
Please allow at least (7) business days for statement of account requests to be processed by the POA Office.
2018 Annual Homeowners' Maintenance Fee: $689
Due on January 1 of the same year**. A $100 late fee is assessed if full payment on the outstanding balance is not received by February 28 of the same year.
** The annual maintenance fee is due at the close of sale for all resale transactions occurring during the last quarter of the previous year. For example, the 2018 fee will be due on closings that occur in October 1 - December 31, 2017.
Re-sale Transfer Fee: $200
Refinance Fee: $100
Resale Certificate: $100
Requests for resale certificates must be made in writing only, sent either by email
or regular mail
. Fee must be paid in advance. The resale certificate will be issued as soon as payment is received.
Tennis Key - replacement or lost key: $100
For property resale closings: The tennis key, if previously issued to the current owner (seller), must be returned to the Briarhills POA office or turned over to the new homeowner (buyer) no later than at the close of the sale. New homeowners who receive the key must sign the tennis key registration form
no later than at the close of the sale.
Clubhouse Rental: $100
