This is the official website for the Briarhills Property Owners Association (BPOA) in Houston, Texas.  All BPOA property owners are encouraged to register on this website.  When you register, you will be able to access certain pages that are not readily available to the public.  You will also be able to receive important announcements from the BPOA Board of Directors or Office Management in a more timely manner.  To find out if you belong to this association, check the list of Briarhills POA streets.  Questions, comments, suggestions are welcome - please send them through the contact us page.

BRIARHILLS SWIM TEAM

Hello Briarhills Dolphins! 
We are excited to announce that registration for the 2017 summer swim team will be open from April 1st - April 30th.
To register and obtain more information about our team, please visit our Briarhills Dolphins website.

BPOA OFFICE CLOSURE

In anticipation of the re-construction of the Briarhills clubhouse, the BPOA Office will not be open beginning September 12, 2016 and will indefinitely remain closed until the construction is completed.  However, the office manager will continue to maintain regular office hours and can be reached by email, phone, or the contact us page on this website.  Please check the BPOA Management Office Information for the details.  The BPOA Office will respond to your inquiries within 48 hours.  In-person meeting will be arranged if it is necessary, e.g., pick up tennis key.

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation ticket by email.  You may then pick up your tennis key at the BPOA Management Office during regular office hours, or by appointment.  UPDATE:  Due to the BPOA Management office closure (see news article on this page),  Briarhills POA residents will only be able to pick up tennis keys by appointment with the Office Manager.
 
The Briarhills swimming pool is closed for the season.  Information on the 2017 pool season, including pool tags distribution, will be posted on this page on April 30, 2017.

Constable

The neighborhood security service is provided by the Harris County Constable's Office, Precinct 5.  The Constable offers more services than just vacation watches.  There are programs for adults, teens, and children.  The Constable offers classes on bully prevention, online safety, personal safety, and even a Citizen's Police Academy.  For more information visit the Constable's web page.  Free home security inspections are also available; click here for more information.

Trash and Recycling

Trash and recycling collection service is provided by Waste Corporation of America (WCA).  Trash is picked up every Monday and Thursday, and recyclables are picked up every Friday, except on the following holidays:
 
            New Year’s Day                       Labor Day                               
            Independence Day                  Thanksgiving Day
            Memorial Day                          Christmas Day
 
In the event the holiday falls on the pick-up day, refuse will be collected on the next scheduled pick-up day.
