This is the official website for the Briarhills Property Owners Association (BPOA) in Houston, Texas.  All BPOA property owners are encouraged to register on this website.  When you register, you will be able to access certain pages that are not readily available to the public.  You will also be able to receive important announcements from the BPOA Board of Directors or Office Management in a more timely manner.  To find out if you belong to this association, check the list of Briarhills POA streets.  Questions, comments, suggestions are welcome - please send them through the contact us page.

The Briarhills POOL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED until repairs required by the City of Houston are completed.  The association is doing its best in having this matter resolved as soon as possible.  Please check back on this page for updates.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The 2017 pool amenity tags will be available for distribution starting May 20, 2017 to Briarhills POA residents ONLY
**Briarhills HOA and Terraces on Memorial HOA residents:  You must contact your respective property management companies for information on how to obtain pool tags.  Briarhills POA does NOT have your pool tags.**
With the BPOA office indefinitely closed, the pool tags will be handed out only on the dates and times listed below.  Please plan ahead so you can be sure you have your pool tags before you intend to visit the pool.  
You must first present a current and valid identification showing your Briarhills address before pool tags are issued to you.  If your ID does not have a Briarhills address, you must also present a current utility bill or lease (for tenants) showing your name.  All pool tags must be received in person; no pool tags will be mailed.

The neighborhood security service is provided by the Harris County Constable's Office, Precinct 5.  The Constable offers more services than just vacation watches.  There are programs for adults, teens, and children.  The Constable offers classes on bully prevention, online safety, personal safety, and even a Citizen's Police Academy.  For more information visit the Constable's web page.  Free home security inspections are also available; click here for more information.

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation ticket by email.  You may then pick up your tennis key at the BPOA Management Office during regular office hours, or by appointment.  UPDATE:  Due to the BPOA Management office closure, Briarhills POA residents will only be able to pick up tennis keys by appointment with the Office Manager.
Amenity tags for 2017 are now available.  Please check the news article on this page for the schedule on when amenity tags can be picked up.

Trash and Recycling
Trash and recycling collection service is provided by Waste Corporation of America (WCA).  Trash is picked up every Monday and Thursday, and recyclables are picked up every Friday, except on the following holidays:
            New Year’s Day                       Labor Day                               
            Independence Day                  Thanksgiving Day
            Memorial Day                          Christmas Day
In the event the holiday falls on the pick-up day, refuse will be collected on the next scheduled pick-up day.
