Amenities Electronic Access Cards
Access to the Briarhills pool, tennis courts and community center will be by access card which will allow electronic access to the facilities. Up to 2 cards may be issued per property address. Property owners will need to sign an access key registration form and show proof of residency by providing either a driver's license or utility bill.
RENTERS MUST PROVIDE WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION (LETTER OR EMAIL) FROM THE HOMEOWNER AUTHORIZING THE RENTER TO OBTAIN CARDS.
Please review the Briarhills Amenities Information Guide prior to obtaining your key card.
For Briarhills POA members, please complete page 6 (Access Key Registration) and email along with a copy of your drivers license to the BPOA office. The BPOA office will then contact you to arrange pick-up or delivery of your cards.
For Briarhills HOA members, please contact Andjela with Graham Management at 713-334-8000.

Instructions for Using Your Access Cards:
*The card reader is very sensitive. Users must keep the card down and away from the reader until you get to step 3.
1) Enter the PIN that was assigned to you
2) Press the # symbol
3) Hold your card up to the card reader and the gate/door will electronically unlock.
* If the user does not follow the instructions in order, the gate will not open
