Board of Directors
The affairs of the Briarhills POA are managed by a Board of seven (7) directors and such committees as they may appoint. The directors are elected, as needed, by the members of the Association at the annual meeting.

The Board of Directors are authorized to make decisions on deed restrictions, architectural control standards, assessments, rules and regulations for the recreation area, and other issues that affect each resident. In order for these decisions to reflect the feelings and opinions of the residents, Briarhills POA members are encouraged to participate in the activities of the Association.
Board meetings are normally held on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Briarhills Community Center - 14300 Briarhills Parkway. All residents are welcome to attend and participate.
A meeting announcement is sent by email to all registered POA members at the beginning of each month. Meeting information can also be found on the home page of the POA's website and on the neighborhood marquee located at the Briarhills common area at the intersection of Forest Home and Briarhills Parkway.

Should you wish to address the Board at a meeting, please schedule with the BPOA office at least one week prior to the meeting and ask to be placed on the agenda.
