Board of Directors
The affairs of the Briarhills POA are managed by a Board of seven (7) directors and such committees as they may appoint. The directors are elected, as needed, by the members of the Association at the annual meeting. Board meetings are normally held on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Briarhills Community Center - 14300 Briarhills Parkway.
All residents are welcome to attend and participate. Should you wish to address the Board at a meeting, please call or email
the BPOA office at least a week prior to the meeting and ask to be placed on the agenda. The meeting time or date may be subject to change; the official announcement of each monthly meeting is posted on the neighborhood marquee at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. The marquee is located at the Briarhills common area at the intersection of Forest Home and Briarhills Parkway. A meeting announcement is also sent by email to all registered POA members.
The Board of Directors are authorized to make decisions on deed restrictions, architectural control standards, assessments, rules and regulations for the recreation area, and other issues that affect each resident. In order for these decisions to reflect the feelings and opinions of the residents, everyone in the Briarhills POA are encouraged to participate in the activities of the Association.
