Swimming Pool
The Briarhills POA swimming pool and facilities are professionally operated and managed by Sweetwater Pools. The pool season typically runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

POOL HOURS: Tuesday - Sunday 10:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Pool is CLOSED on Mondays for cleaning.
Swim Team will practice in afternoons beginning May 8th and switches to morning practices (before pool opens) June 6th - 27th

POOL ACCESS: Residents must use their PIN and access card to access the swimming pool during operating hours.
Instructions for Using Your Access Cards:
*The card reader is very sensitive. Users must keep the card down and away from the reader until you get to step 3. If the user does not follow the instructions in order, the gate will not open.
1) Enter the PIN that was assigned to you
2) Press the # symbol
3) Hold your card up to the card reader and the gate/door will electronically unlock.

SWIM LESSONS:
Private swim lessons are not offered at this time.
POOL PARTIES:
A pool party reservation is required for ALL pool parties of ten (10) or more persons and must be booked at least 10 business days in advance.
Reservations are required for the full duration of your stay and must be made in advance even if the pool is open to residents during normal operating hours.
Groups of ten (10) or more during normal operating hours without a prior reservation are not allowed and will be asked to vacate the pool area.
Anyone inside the pool gates are counted as swimmers regardless of whether the guests are actually swimming. This applies to time spent away from the pool opening presents, eating food, serving cake, etc. Anytime guests are on the pool deck (inside the gates), lifeguards are required to be on duty.
The lifeguard on duty has full authority to enforce the rules and residents and guests are expected to cooperate with the lifeguard on duty at all times.
MIX-IN POOL PARTIES:
Any single group of ten (10) or more persons within the pool area during NORMAL OPERATING HOURS are considered "mix-in pool parties".
Mix-in pool parties must be booked at least 10 business days in advance. Depending on the size of your party, there may be fees for additional lifeguards.
PRIVATE POOL PARTIES:
Private pool parties outside of normal posted hours must be booked at least 10 business days in advance.
Private pool party fees are as follows:
Refundable security deposit: $500
Sweetwater Pool administrative fee: $35
Briarhills POA rental fee: $50
Lifeguard and management fees: $30 per lifeguard, per hour with a minimum of 2 lifeguards.
