In anticipation of the re-construction of the Briarhills clubhouse, the BPOA Office will not be open beginning September 12, 2016 and will indefinitely remain closed until the construction is completed.  However, the office manager will continue to maintain regular office hours and can be reached by email, phone, or the contact us page on this website.  Please check the BPOA Management Office Information for the details.  The BPOA Office will respond to your inquiries within 48 hours.  In-person meeting will be arranged if it is necessary, e.g., pick up tennis key.
