The BPOA board and the BPOA’s legal team have drafted an amendment to the Bylaws in order to bring the Bylaws up to date with Texas State code.

The Bylaws govern only the operations of the Board of Directors, how meetings are run, voting and election procedures, responsibilities of the board, etc. There are no changes being made to the Deed Restrictions or Declarations at this time.
