HOW TO SEND YOUR PAYMENTS TO BPOA

Payments to Briarhills POA may be done in either one of two ways:
**PAY ONLINE at Mutual of Omaha Bank
You may pay by echeck or credit card, but there is a $14.95 convenience fee if you use a credit card. To make an online payment, you will need the following information:
Management co. id: 3138
Association id: 00BH17
Account id: 000000000240-(your 3-digit account number; if you do not know your account number, contact the BPOA office here)
**SEND CHECK BY MAIL. Mail payment to:
Briarhills POA, P.O. Box 52337, Phoenix, AZ 85072-2337.
Make sure you include your account id (see above) and property address on the check to get proper credit.
