The 2018 Annual Assessments were mailed to POA homeowners on December 1st. Please contact the POA office if you did not receive your invoice. A $100 late fee will be assessed for payments not received in full by February 28, 2018.

 

FLOOD FAMILIES - After Harvey, the POA Board set up a relief fund to help offset a portion of your annual assessment. Businesses and neighbors in our community generously donated and the POA Board thanks everyone who contributed! Information will be coming soon on how flood families can apply and receive credit.
