2021 Annual Statements

The 2021 annual statements will be mailed out to each property owner on December 1st. If you do not receive your statement by December 15th, please contact us to request another copy.
Dues must be paid through CIT Bank's payment processing center (see below instructions). Please do not send payments to the BPOA's mailing address. Payments received after February 28, 2021 will be assessed a $100 late fee.

(There is no fee to pay by e-check however there is a 2.95% convenience fee if paying by credit card)
