As a friendly reminder, residents must follow the below steps to access the amenities:

 

1) Enter the PIN that was assigned to you
2) Press the # symbol
3) Hold your card up to the card reader and the gate/door will electronically unlock.
 
* If the user does not follow the instructions in order, the door/gate will not open

 

Please contact your Association's Management Office if you do not know your PIN or need to order access cards.
